Some Tips:
- Please be as precise
as possible when describing your problem.
Remember we cannot read minds. :^)
- Please note any error message and
error code if applicable. For example,
telling us you have an error without
giving us the error message in reality
tells us nothing.
- Please provide any username and password
that will allow us to login and verify/troubleshoot
your problem. If applicable, please
give us the URL to the web page that
is giving the error message.
Our
Policy
Our support policy for our clients is
for them to first submit a support ticket
before calling us.
This will allow us to address your question
or issue in a timely and efficient manner.
It also provides a written record of
our communication with our clients.
