EMWD's Core Values
Learning about a company's core values gives you a more rounded view of what makes up a company and a sense of what their culture is like. However simply publishing a bunch of words on a web site or on a wall doesn't amount to anything unless there is a continuous effort by an organization to live their values every day. EMWD takes our company core values very seriously. There is continual internal pressure to make decisions that are consistent with our values. That's not to say we do so in every instance or that it's always easy because it's not. Shifting culture and influencing behavior takes patience, time and effort.
1. Treat others the same way we would like to be treated.
We use services and products just like our clients. We know we want any service we purchase to be fast and reliable. We know we want to get our money's worth from the products we purchase. This is always in our mind whenever a new client signs up for our services and with the way we have been growing, we know this is the way we are treating them.
2. Respect.
Our clients are busy and they depend upon their web sites to reach out to their customers, to bring in new business, or to share an important part of their life with others. The data we host are not impersonalized pieces of information, but they represent and affect the very lives of our clients. That is a privilege our clients have granted us and it is one we respect and cherish.
3. Communication.
EMWD is not a nameless entity to be used to create a barrier between us and our clients. We foster open and honest communications with our clients. Communications should build trust and it this trust that we seek to earn from our clients.
4. Growth.
If you're going to change the world of hosting, you don't want to wait until tomorrow. We set aggressive goals, and work hard to beat them. We know that the faster we grow our business, the better we'll be equipped to help grow yours.
